Reporting is written for you to forward. Status, evidence and open risks are stated in a form you can hand to your client without translating it first, and we never contact your client directly unless you ask us to.
Capacity can be a single engineer inside your team or a whole workstream we own end to end. Either way the commercial and confidentiality terms are agreed up front, including what happens to the code and the credentials at the end.
