Hardware is part of the build, not an afterthought. Barcode scanners, weighbridges and scales are integrated so a weight or a scan is recorded once, at the point it happens, instead of being copied into a form later.
Truck and dock scheduling, stock movement history and the daily operational reports are built alongside, so a supervisor can answer where a pallet is without calling anyone.

How pricing works
The price follows the scope. Once we understand the problem, you receive a written quotation that states what is included, what is explicitly not included, the timeline and the price.
If something outside that scope turns up during the work, we write it down and tell you before anything changes. Extra work is quoted separately and only starts once you agree to it.
You can also stop after the quotation. Reading our scope does not commit you to building with us.

Questions buyers ask us
How is a warehouse management system priced?
From the scope: which inbound and outbound flows are covered, which devices have to be integrated, and how many sites and users it serves. You receive that scope in writing with a fixed price and the exclusions listed, before the build starts.
How long does it take to go live?
The timeline is part of the written quotation. Hardware integration and the exceptions your floor already works around are usually what decide it, so we map those first instead of discovering them during testing.
Who owns the system once it is built?
Ownership of the source code and of the infrastructure it runs on is agreed in the quotation before work starts. At handover you get documentation and a working deployment, so you can keep us on for support or run it with your own team.
Who looks after the system after launch?
Either your team, with the handover documentation, or us through managed service: monitoring, deployments, security patching, incident response, and a monthly change budget for the small changes a warehouse keeps asking for.
Can it work with our barcode scanners and scales?
Device integration is part of the build, not an afterthought. Barcode scanners, scales and weighbridges are connected so a scan or a weight is recorded once, at the point it happens. Which devices you already own is one of the first things we ask, because it shapes the screens.
